I am very familiar with the European Auto Care brand...I am a loyal customer to this business because of the great care I received at the Frisco location via Imi, the owner, whom I miss dearly!...Imi was always fair, caring and honest with me each time I brought my Jetta to him...I learned that European Auto Care had another location in Lewisville because I had a pleasant experience with Imi's brother, who was the GM at the Lewisville location at the time and may be still...I decided to go to the Lewisville location because it is closer to me...when I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from Richard...the service was expedient, professional and friendly...when it was time to pay for the service, Richard offered me a discount savings, which meant so much to me at that time because I really needed it...I was appreciative and grateful for their quality service and I expect to return!

Amazing! Was having a hard locating a place just to get a battery for my Jaguar with no luck. Googled places that specializes in Jags and they popped up! I am so thankful I found this place! I was in and out with no problems! They have a new customer for sure.

Great service and value

I had my 2005 3225xi BMW taken in for an oil leak. The issue was not fixed and on top of that they lost two of my skid plates. I called and spoke to Edward multiple times he went from saying we did not lose the skid plates to we will order new ones from BMW. I called him many times about this. Then he said we are not ordering skid plates and we cannot find them. This was the mechanics fault but Edward took it personally and was very defensive. I work full time and have college classes so my dad had to go back and forth. When he arrived and were told no skid plates will be found it was very frustrating. Someone like this should not work in customer service. My dad and I felt very unwelcomed here so we did not push to honor the warranty for the faulty oil leak repair or push the plates. Luckily, one of the Lewisville locations more than fixed the issue and I left a good review.

I had some work done at the Frisco location on an oil leak for a 2005 325xi BMW they did not fix the leak and lost my skid plates. I called the Lewisville location and I spoke to Richard to see if this location would honor the warranty. Richard listened was very kind and understanding. The warranty was not only honored but another oil leak was fixed free of charge. They even ordered two new skid plates. I have never had such a good customer experience. Richard as well as the mechanic who worked on my car deserve a raise. I hope that the owner can see this!

So glad I found out about this place from a coworker. Took my car there, got my timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, gaskets, oil and coolant changed. All at a reasonable price. Got quotes from three other places before I first went there. Richard and the team took great care of me and my vehicle. This is my go to shop now.

Edward and his team did a great job on my Jaguar brakes. They were also fast and half the price of the dealership down the street. They also fixed the sensitivity level of the front brake pads which were put on wrong 40K miles ago by the same dealership. This place does great work for a better price.
