Edward at European Auto Care in Frisco and his team went above and beyond to provide help to me even though I showed up barely thirty minutes before closing time, they provided the service I requested and even helped out with some additional maintenance even though it was 45 minutes past closing time on Saturday. I had several questions about my car and they answered everything, never trying to rush so they could close. The service they provided was excellent and at very reasonable prices, I will take my BMW to them any time I need additional work!

Edward and his team went above and beyond to provide the services I went to European Auto Care in Frisco to receive. They took my car in for service even though they were about to close in thirty minutes. They provided the same service as the dealership with the same diagnostic computers but at a much lower price. They went above and beyond to provide additional maintenance I asked about even though they stayed forty five minutes past the time they were supposed to close. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will bring my BMW back to them anytime I need additional maintenance for any issue I encounter. I wasn’t treated like another number like I did when I had previously gone to the BMW dealership. Thank you Edward!

Tony is amazing. He diagnosed my car, made his recommendations, and did the repair. Very fast, very clean, and extremely professional. The desk personnel needs some work on customer service. Overall, I keep going back because I trust them.

I cannot say enough good things about the team here. When my AC compressor on my 2016 Audi A6 decided to quit in the middle of a Texas summer, I was bracing for a complicated, expensive, and time-consuming nightmare. I was completely wrong. From the moment I called, the service was absolutely phenomenal. They diagnosed the issue (far cheaper than any Audi dealership quoted) and walked me through the entire repair process. The turnaround time was shocking in the best way possible. The AC is not just fixed, it is performing like it was straight from a German factory.
