This is the only place you should take your BMW and other European cars to be repaired. I own a 2008 BMW X3. I took it to the local BMW dealer after I heard some strange noises. The dealership identified that I needed a new transfer case. The dealership said that it would cost $11,870. However, they did say that they offered customers free chocolate chip cookies in their waiting room and they could provide me with a loaner vehicle. I took the car to European Auto Care in Frisco. They identified the exact same problem as the dealership. However, European Auto Care could repair the car for $5,200. 😳😳😳. Guess who I chose to repair my car… A new transfer case was ordered and installed by European Auto Care. I’ve been driving the car for over a week and it drives like a new car. European Auto Care contacted me after I’d had the car for several days, and they asked me if there were any problems. I appreciated them following up with me. The work they performed is under warranty. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PAY A DEALERSHIP TO REPAIR YOUR CAR WITHOUT FIRST TAKING YOUR CAR TO EUROPEAN AUTO CARE IN FRISCO. I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON MAJOR REPAIRS.

I brought my 2016 car in for what I thought was replacement of an auxiliary battery, AC check and oil change, but the team did a thorough check and found worn struts and an oil leak and a few other items. The car is older so was glad they identified the problems before the issues became major. The mechanic explained each item when I called to go over the estimate and the risk if not corrected. At checkout, I noticed a duplication in the invoice and again the team was apologetic about the item and removed it immediately.
