Excellent, above and beyond service!

First of all, I want to start off saying that Joel (the owner/mechanic) is a really nice guy. He's the kind of person you want to do business with and to see be successful. I took my Range Rover there for service interval check as well as a few other questions about car issues. He was very honest (probably could have told me one of the problems in question needed repair and I wouldn't have known any better) and the cost is reasonable. I have finally found a Landrover service alternative to the dealer that I trust in Frisco. I recommend to anyone! (I also saw a Maserati being serviced there. It always makes one more even more comfortable knowing someone with a $150,000 car is trusting your mechanic!)

I came across European Auto by accident due to its location. I had recently taken my vehicle to a car repair shop very near to European Auto. I paid over 3k dollars at the previous auto repair shop and the vehicle still was not fixed properly. The even told me they could not guarantee their work AFTER they completed the work. At this point I was angry. As I left that dealership I dove out the back way and notice European Auto. I decided to give it a try after a few days. I met Joel personally and became pretty comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I left my vehicle with Joel after Joel explained to me what he needed to do. Joel gave me a price point and stuck to it. He communicated with me during the time my vehicle was in the shop. Ultimately once the work was complete I was very pleased that the vehicle was repaired exactly as promised. I highly recommend European Auto.
